A credit card is required for all services, with a minimum non-refundable deposit of $25 at the time of booking. Packages and group bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit. We accept all major credit cards with a 3.75% merchant fee. 
Aloha Nails & Spa’s priority is servicing clients with timely and professional services. Clients can cancel or reschedule their appointment with a 24 hour minimum notice. Clients cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged a cancellation fee equal to their scheduled service cost.
Aloha Nails and Spa has a no-refund policy. Clients cancelling services before the 24 hour deadline, will have their deposit placed on their file for use at a later date/time.
